How often should I clean the filter?
Rinse the washable HEPA every 3–4 uses, or sooner if you can see it loaded up through the dust cup. Tap water, no soap, then air-dry overnight before reinstalling.
Is the UV-C light safe around kids and pets?
The UV-C lamp sits underneath the head and only fires when the unit is pressed flat to a surface — there's no exposure to anyone in the room while you're running it. Don't aim it at skin or eyes if you ever flip the unit over while it's on.
