How to Use VeroPulse™ in 3 Steps
Step 1: Sit on the floor or a yoga mat and slip your feet onto the cushioned NBR pedals.
Step 2: Grip the thickened foam handles. Press your feet down to anchor the pedals.

Yes. The four latex strands give a wide tension range — easy enough on day one if you haven't worked out in years, with enough resistance left to keep challenging you a year in. Start with 10 reps, build from there.
Will the pedals slide on hardwood floors?
No. The base is high-density NBR foam with a non-slip bottom. It plants on hardwood, tile, low-pile carpet, and yoga mats. The wide footprint stops it tipping when you pull at an angle.
Can I use it for stretching as well as strengthening?
Yes. Grip closer to the pedals for assisted stretching — hamstrings, calves, lower back. Higher up the tubing for full-resistance pulls. Same tool, two modes.
How do I keep the bands from drying out?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Store out of direct sunlight — UV is what dries latex out and shortens its life. Skip harsh chemicals and solvents.
Will the color match the photos?
Close, with the usual caveat that screen calibration changes how pinks read. The pink is a soft rose, the purple is a pastel lilac, the blue is a soft sky blue. The build quality is identical across all three.
