Pull Rivets With Your Drill — Not Your Hand

PowerGrip™ snaps into the chuck of any cordless or corded drill and turns it into a powered rivet gun — so you can pull 120 rivets in an afternoon without the hand cramps, the forearm burn, or the squeeze-and-pray that comes with a manual hand riveter. Forged alloy steel body, CR-V steel pulling shaft, four quick-change nozzle sizes, and 120 blind rivets — ready to use the moment you tighten the chuck.

Your Hand Gives Out Before the Project Does

Twenty pulls in with a hand riveter, your grip is shot, your forearm is burning, and you've still got eighty rivets to go. Pneumatic guns need a compressor you don't own and tools you don't want to buy. Cheap plastic drill adapters strip out after one project. PowerGrip™ uses the drill you already own and the torque it already has — so the tool does the pulling, not your hand.

➤ 8mm Hex Shank Locks Into Any Standard Drill: Slides into the chuck of every cordless and corded drill on the market — Dewalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, Makita, Bosch, Black & Decker. No special adapter, no wobble, no slipping mid-pull.

➤ Four Nozzle Sizes Cover Every Rivet You'll Ever Pull: 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, and 4.8mm nozzles handle aluminum trim, gutters, sheet metal, trailer skirting, screen doors, and HVAC duct. Swap sizes with the included multi-tool wrench in about five seconds.

➤ Forged Alloy Steel Body + CR-V Pulling Shaft: The pulling shaft uses chrome-vanadium steel — the same alloy in pro impact sockets. Pulls thousands of rivets without stripping the jaws or splitting the body.

How a Drill Beats a Hand Riveter on Every Single Pull

Hand riveters work on grip strength. Yours runs out at rivet #20. PowerGrip™ uses your drill's torque instead — the chuck spins the threaded mandrel, the hardened pulling jaws clamp the rivet stem, and the rivet seats clean through metal up to 1/8" combined thickness. No squeeze, no fatigue, no half-pulled rivets you have to drill back out.

The TPR side handle gives you a second grip point so you can put your shoulder behind the pull on heavier-gauge steel — the kind of leverage a hand riveter can't match and a pneumatic gun overshoots.

Why Trailer Builders and Weekend DIYers Keep Switching

The first guys to buy PowerGrip™ were the ones rebuilding utility trailers, replacing aluminum gutters, repairing aluminum boats, and rehanging screen doors — anyone staring at more than 50 rivets in one weekend. They came for the speed. They kept it for the hand savings. "Wish I'd bought this years ago. Got through 90 rivets on my trailer skirting in about 25 minutes — would've taken me two hours and three breaks with my hand riveter. That thing's in the trash now." — Dave R.

Finish the Project Saturday — Not Sunday Night

✓ Plenty of Pulling Power for Aluminum and Steel: Pulls aluminum, copper, mild steel, and stainless rivets up to 4.8mm — the same working range as a $200 pneumatic gun.

✓ Saves Your Hand and Your Forearm: Pull rivets all afternoon with no cramping, blistering, or squeeze fatigue. Both hands still work when the job's done.

✓ 120 Rivets in 6 Sizes Included: M2.4×6, M3.0×6, M3.2×6.4, M3.2×8, M3.2×10, and M4×8 — aluminum heads with alloy steel mandrels, 20 pieces of each, in a sorted carry case.

3 Steps from Drill Bit to Rivet Gun

Step 1: Slide the 8mm hex shank into your drill's chuck and tighten — same as any drill bit.

Step 2: Match the nozzle to your rivet size (2.4 / 3.2 / 4.0 / 4.8mm), screw it on, snug it with the wrench.

Step 3: Drop in a rivet, press the nose flush to your workpiece, squeeze the trigger. Clean pull, every time.

PowerGrip™ Manual Hand Riveter Pneumatic Rivet Gun
Pulls 100+ rivets in one session without hand fatigue
Runs off the drill you already own — no compressor, no extra power source
4 quick-change nozzles + 120 rivets included in one kit

Questions People Ask Before They Buy

Will it fit my drill?

Yes. The 8mm hex shank fits every standard cordless and corded drill chuck — Dewalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, Bosch, Makita, Black & Decker, Craftsman, Hercules. If your drill holds a 1/4" or 8mm bit, it holds PowerGrip™.

How thick of metal can it actually rivet?

Up to 1/8" combined material thickness with 4.8mm rivets. Works clean on aluminum trim, gutters, sheet metal up to 16-gauge, trailer skirting, screen doors, HVAC duct, and aluminum boat repairs.

Will my drill have enough power?

Any 12V or 18V cordless drill — and any corded drill — has more than enough torque. The drill spins the mandrel; it doesn't fight a heavy load like driving a screw into hardwood, so even a basic homeowner drill handles it.

How fast is a nozzle swap?

About five seconds. The included multi-tool wrench has slots for all four nozzles — pick the size you need, screw it on by hand, snug it tight, you're back to pulling rivets.

What if I get a bad pull?

Most bad pulls come from a wrong nozzle-to-rivet match. Match the nozzle number to the rivet stem diameter (2.4mm rivet → 2.4mm nozzle), keep the nose pressed flush against the workpiece, and pulls come clean every time.

Stop Squeezing. Start Drilling.

Snap PowerGrip™ into your drill, pick your nozzle, and start pulling rivets the way the pros do — fast, clean, and with both hands still working at the end of the day. If it doesn't pull cleaner, faster rivets than the hand riveter sitting in your toolbox right now, send it back. Plain and simple.
